GeneCopoeia ORF cDNA clones

GeneCopoeia has introduced a budget-friendly collection of human ORF cDNA clones. The default format for these clones is bacterial stock, with additional charges for 10 and 50 ug purified plasmis.

The collection includes: ORF clones in pEZX-M02 - mammalian vector with no tag; ORF clones in pEZX-Lv105 - lentiviral vector with no tag; ORF clones in pDONR vector - Gateway PLUS shuttle system for further sub cloning into destination vector; ORF clones in Gateway Entry vector and lentiviral vector which have been obtained from the ORFeome collaboration collection, version 8.1; 20,000+ human genes.

Other promotional ORF clones include: ORF clones in mammalian vectors with tags such as His, 3xHA, Flag, 3xFlag, eYFP, eCFP, and eGFP; ORF clones in HIV-based lentiviral vectors with Neomycin and Hygromycin selection markers and no tag; 30,000+ human genes. The default format for these clones is 10 ug purified plasmid, with bacterial stock and 50 ug purified plasmid provided upon request at additional charge, as applicable.
