LifeSensors’ E2 Select Profiling & Selection Kit allows the exploration of functional competency between an E3 ligase of interest across a panel of 24 E2 conjugating enzymes. Reaction mixes, including E1, E2 and ubiquitin, are conveniently provided in the plate and ready to assay. Polyubiquitin formed after addition of the user’s E3 and ATP is quantitatively detected in a chemiluminescent ‘sandwich’ ELISA-like assay.

Also available, the E3LITE Customizable Ubiquitin Ligase Kit is flexible by design and provides a simple ELISA-based platform for measuring E2/E3 activity. Choose any E2 or panel of four E2s, along with wild-type or mutant ubiquitin, and measure the amount of poylubiquitin formed. The kit comes in an HTS-friendly, 96- or 384-well plate-based format and has a non-radioactive, chemiluminescent readout.

The company also offers a selection of E1, E2 and E3 enzymes for the study of the multistep ubiquitation pathway.
