Nucleofector kits for transfection of human T cells

Various Nucleofector kits and corresponding Amaxa optimised protocols are available for the transfection of human T cells using the different Nucleofection platforms.

Optimal kits for transfection of human T cells in the 4D-Nucleofector system are the P3 Primary Cell Kits used in combination with a cell-type specific protocol.

Specific kits are available for the Nucleofector II device and the 96-well Shuttle system human T cell.

Transfection efficiency is up to 87% with viability up to 90% and transfected cells preserve their biochemical functionality.

There are more than 270 publications of T cell Nucleofection available.

There are kits suitable for stimulated and/or unstimulated human T cells and, also, RNAi screenings in primary T cells for basic and pharmaceutical research.
