Affymetrix USB MagniTaq Multiplex PCR Master Mix
For reliable, quality results from multiplexed PCR of up to 20 different targets in a single tube, Affymetrix USB has formulated MagniTaq. The highly specific master mix contains hot start MagniTaq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and a proprietary Affymetrix USB buffer.
The hot start method enables set-up of the PCR reaction at room temperature, increasing sensitivity without risking primer dimers or non-specific primer extension products. MagiTaq provides good performance with difficult sample types and with minimal optimisation.
