The Agilent Technologies SureSelect Target Enrichment System, based on a hybrid selection technique, can be scaled to meet the needs of larger sequencing projects.
With sample input requirements at or below 3 µg of gDNA, researchers can perform highly targeted next-generation sequencing.
The SureSelect Target Enrichment System can work with the Illumina Genome Analyser end-sequencing protocol and can be optimised to work with Illumina Genome Analyser paired-end sequencing and the Applied Biosystems SOLiD System.
The platform is available through eArray, Agilent’s online custom microarray design tool, where users can create and order SureSelect Oligo Capture Library for targeted resequencing of genomic DNA.
