The THUNDER Total AKT pan TR-FRET Cell Signaling Assay Kit, from BioAuxilium, measures intracellular levels of total AKT pan protein in human and mouse cell lysates using a simple, rapid and sensitive immunoassay based on the homogeneous (no-wash) THUNDER TR-FRET technology.
The assay kit contains two specific and selective antibodies that recognise total (both phosphorylated and unphosphorylated) AKT pan. The kit is compatible with both adherent and suspension cells.
