Diaclone ELISpot Kits

Diaclone’s ELISpot Kits are highly specific immunoassays for the analysis of the production and secretion of cytokines and other soluble molecules from individual cells in conditions closely comparable to the in vivo environment with minimal cell manipulation.

ELISpot techniques are amongst the most sensitive methods available for cytokine research, at up to 400x more sensitive than conventional ELISA. They benefit from a technically easy performance, rapid detection time and no requirement for extra equipment or analysis software.

Diaclone has a range of high-quality anti-Human, anti-Murine (anti-Mouse) and anti-Rat ELISpot Kits in a range of different sizes to support research. Each kit contains a pre-coated PVDF plate or plates, detection antibody, alkaline phosphatase conjugate, BSA and BCIP/NBT ready-to-use substrate buffer. The kits are for research use only.
