Dojindo Laboratories ExoIsolator Exosome Isolation Kit
The ExoIsolator Exosome Isolation Kit, from Dojindo Laboratories, can collect exosomes from cell supernatants with a recovery rate that is equivalent to the ultracentrifugation (UC) method.
Each kit contains one filter holder, three isolation filters and one set of tweezers. The filter holder and isolation filter can collect exosomes from the cell supernatant when PBS is added to the filter surface after filtration. The filter holder is reusable and autoclavable.
The exosomes recovery rate is high and the apparatus is easy to use, with no complicated technique required. The isolation filters may be purchased separately in a pack of 10 pieces.
The kit is distributed in Australia and New Zealand by Sapphire Bioscience.
