Enzo’s Chromogenic Western Blot kit (Anti-Mouse) allows for quick, visual reading of western blots in unpurified cell extract.
The kit identifies primary antibodies on a western blot using immunodetection. Ready to use and dilute, the kit does not require the use of precipitate-causing reagents such as luminol or expensive equipment such as the Galaxy.
The kit can detect low concentrations of protein with low background using Enzo’s polyenzyme technology. It is compatible with both PVDF and nitrocellulose membranes for flexibility of technique and adaptable to multiplexed western blot analysis to determine which protein bands come from which marker.
Sensitive and easy to use, the kit provides a long-lasting signal.
