Enzo Life Sciences’ AMPIVIEW RNA probes are designed to offer the precision of targeted, sequence-specific RNA probes powered by the company’s LoopRNA ISH technology. When the probes hybridise to nucleic acid targets, they form loops exposing conjugated reporter enzymes such as biotin or digoxigenin. This makes the probes a sensitive means for the detection of nucleic acid targets in tissue samples and cells, while preserving the morphology of the sample.
The probes enable the detection of unique nucleic acid targets (DNA/RNA) down to a single cell level, with detection down to 2–3 target copies per cell. They feature protocols for formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues and cells, with mild and short protocols to preserve tissue morphology. The end user can use existing ISH set-ups and protocols, and the probes are ready for manual or automated workflow.
