Enzo Life Sciences CELLESTIAL fluorescent dyes for cellular analysis

Enzo Life Sciences has released the CELLESTIAL portfolio of probe-based assays and reagents to meet the emerging needs of the life sciences and drug discovery markets. From simple organelle-specific dyes for imaging cell structure and determining cell viability, to more complex dyes and reporter assays for monitoring cell signalling, death pathways and toxicity, every product is developed and manufactured to provide sensitivity, specificity and convenience.

The next-generation fluorescent dyes are highly specific for visualising cellular responses across various applications such as fluorescent microscopy, flow cytometry and live cell imaging. Optimised for reproducibility on microplate, flow cytometry and fluorescent imaging platforms, they are compatible with common dyes and fluorescent markers (ie, GFP) for multiplex analysis.

The product is said to reduce false positives by eliminating non-specific dye-associated artefacts. It also increases photostability and reduces photobleaching.
