Enzo Life Sciences CGH labelling kit for oligo arrays
The Enzo Life Sciences CGH labelling kit for oligo arrays has been optimised to label DNA for dual sample comparative genomic hybridisation (CGH) assays on Agilent oligonucleotide arrays.
All required reagents are provided including fully optimised nucleotide mixes that contain either cyanine 3-dUTP or cyanine 5-dUTP. By specifically optimising the labelling reagents, the labelling kit produces high-quality data with as little as 0.25 µg of genomic DNA without the need for amplification. Variability is also reduced with good DLR values (0.09-0.12).
