Eppendorf Mastercycler nexus thermal cycler
The Eppendorf Mastercycler nexus is reliable, easy to use and it sends you an email when it’s done. The unit has low energy consumption, easy expansion to three units and a small footprint.
Due to the flexlid concept, the cycler can deal with all types of PCR consumables, from low volume all the way up to 0.5 mL PCR tubes. All common PCR plates fit - and if the user’s throughput becomes even higher, they can connect one or two of the Mastercycler nexus ecos to their Mastercycler nexus.
The gradient option of the product features SteadySlope technology to ensure that the heating and cooling ramp rates are identical in both gradient and normal operation, so the user can expect identical temperature control characteristics in both optimisation and routine experiments. Programming the gradient is easy, intuitive, quick and safe.
