Free amino acid and protein hydrolysate analysis
EZ:faast LC/MS kits have been developed for the analysis of more than 60 aliphatic and aromatic amino acids, di-peptides and related compounds in just under 20 mins.
Each kit provides the reagents and supplies for the sample preparation, derivatisation and LC/MS analysis of 384 samples from complex matrices or protein hydrolysates. Additionally, the EZ:faast method offers a standard eight-minute procedure for sample preparation and derivatisation, elimination of labour-intensive protein and urea removal procedures, good method reproducibility (RSD<1%) and quantitation down to 1 nmol/mL.
