Profinity eXact fusion-tag system’s purification resin is part of a complete expression and purification system that simplifies affinity purification and tag removal of fusion-tagged proteins, while avoiding adding time and reagent costs to the purification process. With cleavage incubation times occurring in as little as 30 mins, the system gives researchers a way to purify and cleave their fusion proteins in a single elution step, without the need for proteases.

The system is an integrated wet of products that address bottlenecks in the tag-removal process involved with the purification of affinity-tagged proteins.
