GeneCopoeia full-length expression-ready clones can be used to accelerate research and publish faster.

The expression-ready clones are optimised for protein expression, purification and functional assays in a variety of cell systems as well as in cell-free transcription and translation coupling systems. As such, they are claimed to deliver high levels of gene expression and save time by eliminating tedious sub-cloning.

OmicsLink Expression-Ready ORF cDNA clones are constructed from carefully curated and sequence-validated full-length cDNAs and cDNAs from high-quality libraries. The ORF cDNA clones are available in more than 80 expression vectors, including mammalian, lentiviral and bacterial systems with more than 50 tags. Genome-wide coverage of mouse and human genes is offered.

The clones may be used to express proteins with or without tags for purification and assays, generate transcripts with cell-free translation systems, generate in-situ hybridisation probes, produce templates for functional analysis using siRNA gene silencing and a variety of other applications.
