The GeneTex Trident Membrane protein extraction kit is suitable for the rapid extraction of native total membrane proteins from cultured mammalian cells or tissues. The kit comes in two convenient sizes of five and 20 tests.
The kit is simple and user-friendly, with a wide range of starting cells (1–50 million/sample). It is detergent- and EDTA-free, with no need for a Dounce homogeniser or tissue blender. The procedure can be completed in less than 45 min and ensures high yield.
