The Bio-Plex Pro human isotyping panel allows detection of IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4, IgA, IgE and IgM, in a single multiplex assay.

The panel offers: multiplex analysis of Ig isotypes in one 96-well plate; easy assay preparation and analysis; controls for generating QC samples; and compatibility with standard or magnetic assay preparation methods.
