Invent Biotechnologies’ Minute Protein Extraction Kits enable the rapid extraction of protein from all living organisms and tissues in as quick as 1 min. Kits are available for specialised sample/tissue types, such as animal, bacterial, plant, microbial, insects, adipose tissues/adipocytes, mass spec, bone, tendons, muscles, skin, blood vessels, hair and nails, and fixed and embedded tissues.
The Minute Rapid Protein Extraction method is a spin-column-based technique, requiring only the kit itself and a tabletop centrifuge. The method is designed to deliver a consistent measurement of protein at a faster rate than traditional methods such as RIPA buffer extraction. It also delivers a complete protein profile and results in minimal protein loss that is proportional.
