The Invent Biotechnologies Minute Single Cell Nuclei Kits use proprietary spin column-based technology which enables rapid and clean single-nuclei isolation with minimal clumping. They are suitable for sc/snRNA-seq, ATAC, CNV and other downstream applications across diverse biological sources. The kits are designed to be fast, simple and consistent with low clumping. They can be used in high-throughputs and clinical samples, and are compatible with frozen and tough tissues. Also available in detergent-free kits or kits specific for plant, neuronal or adipose tissues/cells.
