LenioBio ALiCE cell-free protein expression system
LenioBio’s ALiCE is a high-yield cell-free protein expression (CFPE) system.
The technology is the result of extensive development and validation by industry experts, DowDuPont and Fraunhofer Institute IME. For years, this tool was exclusively used by biotech industry leaders for their own in-house protein development and production. Now, it is available to the wider protein expression community.
Advantages of the ALiCE eukaryotic system include: a high yield (up to 3 mg/mL) of expressed protein; easy-to-use, one-step reaction protocol; fast 48 h turnaround of yield; ability to express ‘difficult to produce’ proteins and cytotoxic proteins. ALiCE kits are available in three sizes: Mini, Midi and Maxi.
