Mercodia Total GLP-1 Northern Lights (NL)-ELISA
Mercodia’s Total GLP-1 NL-ELISA provides a chemiluminescent method for the quantitative determination of amidated GLP-1 (glucagon-like-peptide-1) in human serum or plasma samples.
It is a high-quality enzyme immunoassay with chemiluminescent detection for the amidated GLP-1 isoforms, including the predominating (9-36) amide, giving a good picture of the downstream secretion and action of GLP-1.
The ELISA kit has a high sensitivity, with a capability of detection of 0.65 pmol/L. It has a broad measuring range of 0.9–940 pmol/L. The kit has 100% specificity to the predominating isoform, GLP-1, and requires a low sample volume of only 25 µL. The protocol is easy to use and is validated according to CLSI/FDA/EMA.
