Molecular Innovations Human Alpha-1-Antitrypsin Total Antigen ELISA Kit
Alpha-1-Antitrypsin (A1AT), also known as alpha-1 protease inhibitor (A1PI), is a glycosylated 394 amino acid 52 kDa plasma serpin that is the most abundant proteinase inhibitor in plasma. Molecular Innovations’ Human Alpha-1-Antitrypsin ELISA Kit is for the sensitive quantitative measurement of total human A1AT antigen in plasma, serum, saliva and urine. The ELISA kit comes ready to use with a pre-coated 96-well plate.
The kit is ultrasensitive — with a minimum detectable dose of 0.062 ng/mL — and precise, with low intra-assay and inter-assay coefficients of variation. The kit detects a dynamic range between 0.1 and 100 ng/mL. It produces an average recovery of 98% and delivers results in less than 100 min.
