Navinci Diagnostics NaveniFlex immunostaining kits

Correct assessments of protein localisation and consistency in generated data are essential for scientific discovery, translational science and clinical research. Low-quality data are predisposed to biased judgments and faulty outcomes. Navinci Diagnostics develops and distributes kits for studies of the proteome’s spatial organisation and function.

The company’s NaveniFlex kits are based on proprietary Unfolding Proximity Probes technology. It combines antibody-based proteomic technologies with fluorescence readout to create next-generation immunostaining where sensitivity and specificity meet in one assay, enabling high-quality protein detection and analysis of proteins, protein interactions or protein modifications in cultured cells as well as in fresh-frozen and FFPE samples. The kits should therefore provide correct data with precise staining patterns.

The kits employ a secondary antibody system. Three fluorophore alternatives are included, which allows the user to choose the fluorophore most suitable for their microscope and assay. Three kits are available: the NaveniFlex MM, which detects single mouse primary antibodies; the NaveniFlex RR, which detects single rabbit primary antibodies; and the NaveniFlex MR, which detects proximity between mouse/rabbit pairs of primary antibodies.
