Plate washers

The ELx405 microplate washer offers several options for processing 96- and 384-well microplates to meet all throughput requirements.

The Ultrasonic Advantage option eliminates clogged manifold tubes. Time is saved with this automated maintenance capability.

Programming the washer is easy through its simple keypad interface, with up to 75 programs available. It can also be controlled with BioTek’s optional Liquid Handling Control software. For laboratories where the volume of microplate washing is high, the optional Bio-Stack is available for walk-away automation of most wash routines.

The Dual-Action manifold allows independent control of the aspirate and dispense manifolds to adjust for assays where X, Y and Z parameters are key to successful microplate washing, such as in 384-well or low-profile formats.

The ELx405 product line includes a system designed specifically for washing sensitive assays, by providing unique low flow parameters when required, along with standard flow rates for more robust assays.
