The QPix2xt automates to front-end multi-stage process of generating expression clones in bacterial and other systems.
The system will: plate out transformation mixes to single colonies; identify and pick single colonies or phagemids based on size, colour and shape; pick a defined number of clones from each transformation; track individual clones throughout the entire process, from image to microwell.
