Tissue culture dishes

Nunc has introduced non-treated tissue culture multidishes and EasYFlasks, for research on living cells where attachment is not needed.

Applications include the growth of hybridoma cell ranges and suspension cell cultures or where the hydrophilic and cell binding characteristics of the traditional Nunclon surface are too strong.

Nunc non-treated products are manufactured without the active Nunclon surface that enhances cell attachment.

Non-treated EasYFlasks are designed to permit maximum airflow under each flask for optimal temperature equilibration during incubation, even when stacked.

Volume graduations are printed on each flask.

The flasks are available in volumes of 25, 75 and 175 cm2. An ergonomically designed cap allows for closing and opening the flask with one-third of a turn.

Additional HDPE sterile filter caps for non-treated flasks are available separately.

The multidishes are designed with a multidish footprint to fit standard equipment and include raised well rims to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

The multidishes are available in sizes from 4 to 48 wells.
