Topoisomerases are enzymes that reduce DNA supercoiling by introducing cuts in DNA strands. TopoGEN recognises the unique details of topoisomerase drug discovery and provides innovative reagents and kits for topoisomerase research and mechanism-based drug development in cancer.

Kits are available to assay for topoisomerases (I, II, IV and gyrase) and Tdp1, to measure topo/DNA interactions in vivo and to identify new topoisomerase drugs. The company also offers a complete line of DNA substrates topo inhibitors, antibodies and kit replenishment reagents.
