The Western Australia Biomedical Research Institute (WABRI) has launched a A$500,000 fellowship program, funded jointly by Murdoch University, Curtin University of Technology, and Macquarie Bank Foundation.

Over the next four years, the program will support a senior research fellow, three postgraduate scholars and six honours scholars.

"This fellowship program will enable us to attract and retain the best research talent in biotechnology in Western Australia," said Professor Simon Carroll, director of WABRI.
