Harvard Apparatus has introduced the ImpediVet system, designed to measure body composition and fluid status.

It uses bioimpedance spectroscopy to obtain body composition values such as intra-cellular water, extra-cellular water, total body water, fat mass and fat-free mass.

It is portable with onboard computing, touch-screen operation and lithium battery power.
