Carbon analyser

Thermo Electron has launched the HiPerTOC, a TOC benchtop analyser featuring four different oxidation techniques for improved versatility and productivity.

TOC analysis has become the analytical backbone in many water treatment and quality control laboratories worldwide. Measuring total organic carbon is crucial, especially in drinking water supply, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, semiconductor and wastewater businesses.

The presence of organic carbon compounds can potentially interfere with wastewater treatment processes and the production of drinking water. Selection of the best suitable techniques depends primarily on the sample matrix and/or legislative standards to comply with.

Complying with international standards - EPA, ASTM, ISO, DIN and CEN - the analyser operates with fully integrated 55 position autosampler and provides accurate and precise TOC data at both high and low concentration ranges in a wide variety of sample types.
