GSSM chemical splash suits meet the material requirements of NFPA 1992 and are available in a flame-retardant version.
The suits, made from gore fabric, provide liquid chemical splash protection while maintaining high comfort levels. The clothing allows the body to 'breathe' through the gore membrane providing relief from potential heat stress.
Because the suits are light and comfortable they can generally be worn for the complete shift, without the wearer overheating.
The suits consist of a durable three-layer laminate and the seams are sewn and sealed with gore thread and gore chemical-resistant seam tape.
