Ultrafree-MC and -CL Microporous devices provide fast, convenient clarification and purification of 0.5 to 2.0 mL samples and incorporate low binding Durapore membrane.
The devices are designed for a single processing step, allowing for clarification and filtrate recovery in one tube in less than 10 minutes. They are manufactured with low binding, chemically-compatible materials.
Low hold-up volume maximises sample recovery. There are no contaminating extractables to interfere with cell-based and instrument analyses.
The microporous membranes are available in a wide range of pore sizes, from 0.1 to 5.0 µm and are suitable for precipitate removal and chromatography resin packing to allow for micro-volume separations. Devices are available with other membranes such as PTFE and others.
