Cleanroom Pressure

Sunday, 10 December, 2000 | Supplied by: Testo Sense Pty Ltd

Testo has developed a 100 Pascal probe, which when used in conjunction with the testo 400 is suitable for testing of cleanroom applications.

The core of the probe is the piezoresistive sensor in double membrane technology. This membrane eliminates measurement inaccuracies caused by the sensor's own weight whenever there is a change in position.

The sensor features 100 times overload capacity, temperature compensation from 0 to +50°C so that temperature fluctuations do not influence measurements, resolution of 0.1 Pa, high zero point stability and an accuracy of less than 1 Pa with low hysteresis.

The testo 400 with a suitable probe is capable of measuring a wide range of parameters including temperature, relative humidity, dew point, pressure dew point, absolute humidity, degree of humidity, enthalpy, all types of air velocity. The testo 400 is also capable of measuring differential and absolute air pressure, mV, mA, rpm as well as indoor air quality values CO2 and CO.
