Ductless Fume Hoods

AirClean Systems portable ductless fume hoods remove toxins by filtration while protecting operators and the environment. The units are suitable for laboratories where small volume chemicals are being used and where a ducted fume cupboard is not viable.

Solid polypropylene construction, with no pre-filtration metal components, ensures corrosive chemical resistance. In laboratories where acids are used, the non-metallic construction eradicates the problem of rusting as seen in conventional steel framed cabinets.

Filtration techniques are used for the containment of toxic gases, vapours, fume and particles. Bonded carbon filters that produce no filter dust are used. HEPA filters are also incorporated for processes involving particulates.

The units are controlled by the AirClean Air Safe Automatic Controller that constantly regulates airflow and filter saturation via the integrated solvent sensor. Airzone baffling ensures proper airflow control.
