Man-Tech PC-Titration Plus systems combine automated titration and ion analysis in a single unit.

In addition to the improvements in reproducibility gained from automating titrations and ion measurements, PC-Titration Plus can free staff from the tasks of pipetting and sample transfer, pH adjustment and buffer or reagent addition.

Man-Tech has an extensive library of prewritten applications using standard methods for water analysis. Alternatively, users can define their own methods by using snippets - prewritten routines for steps in the titration. After assigning an AutoRun icon to the method, a click is all that is needed to start.

PC-Titrate can be set up with up to four electrodes and four burettes simultaneously as well as accessory pumps for sample preparation.

XYZ robotic autosamplers offer higher sample capacity and more flexible analysis routines than the previous generation of carousel samplers. When used with the TitraSip module, the system has dramatically increased sample capacity and permits the determination of multiple analytes in the one sample.

Windows-based software with multi-level password protection controls the titration and ion measurements and provides predefined or customised reports. Data can be exported directly to Excel or to a LIMS. A complete audit trail is provided and calibration data is easily accessed. The quality control feature allows tracking of standards and electrode performance and statistical calculations and charting to show outliers.
