The Unity FoodStar 1100 is a scanning NIR analyser designed to meet a wide variety of at-line analysis needs. The FoodStar 1100 uses the entire shortwave-NIR scanning range (730-1100 nm) to provide accurate readings of fat, moisture, protein, and many other constituents.
Developed for convenience and ease of use, the FoodStar 1100 is flexible and can be configured for the analysis of a variety of meat, dairy, and processed food applications including meat, sausages, cheese, butter, peanut butter and dressings. Sample preparation is minimal and results are obtained in real-time.
The FoodStar 1100 is delivered with a rotating drawer. It is self-contained with a built-in PC and large touchscreen display. NIR test results are displayed using routine analysis software within 50 seconds depending on the application. The system is rugged, dependable and simple to operate.
