Glassware Washing Machine

The Gallay Lab200M automatic laboratory glassware washing machine has been designed and developed specifically for the laboratory.

It has a fully electronic microprocessor giving the possibility of many different programs. A wash cycle includes prewash, main wash at any selectable temperature, rinses up to six times if required per cycle, drying (convection only) and optional forced fan drying.

The units are compact, robust and soundproof. They are equipped with two-tier washing and stainless steel interior.

Both liquid and powder detergent and rinse aid are used with the Gallay Lab200M and are injected automatically from the container in the door or as an option via peristaltic pumps.

The washing machines are equipped with standard upper and lower baskets. Gallay's range of baskets and accessories ensures that every type of glassware can be catered for. Custom made baskets and racks are also available.

Constructed for automatic filling either hot or cold mains water supply, the input pipe has been equipped with leakproof security system to prevent flooding, should the supply fail.
