Hygiene monitoring system

The lightning MVP Hygiene Monitoring System uses one instrument platform to collect, analyse and report data from multiple quality indicators including ATP, temperature and pH. Test results stored in the Lightning MVP unit may be easily downloaded to a personal computer for trending analysis using the TRAX software.

Simply swab a surface, activate the reagents by depressing a plunger with a thumb and have a hygiene result in 10 s. Lightning MVP is a fully comprehensive ATP cleaning validation system and through extensive and industry specific validation trials, standardised baselines have been determined.

The Lightning MVP system is simple to use and is specifically designed for use on the factory floor by a supervisor or the cleaning crew. Since a hygiene result is available in seconds, re-cleaning can be undertaken while the cleaning crew is still there. Despite the ease of use, no information stored in the unit can be changed or deleted without administrator access through a password. This ensures management sees a true and unaltered picture of the hygiene levels of the plant.

The swabs are fully self-contained and are designed for both surface swabbing and rinse water testing.
