Wyatt Technology multi-angle laser light scattering instruments enable users to determine absolute molar masses of polymers and biopolymers from below 1000 Daltons to hundreds of millions of Daltons. Wyatt has over 50 application notes available and a dedicated bibliography page on its web site with referenced publications of Wyatt instrument applications.

The multi-angle laser light scattering instruments directly determine the molar mass and size of molecules in solution without depending on reference-based calibration or physical assumptions about the sample. A multi-angle Wyatt detector can be used as an additional HPLC detector to determine the number, weight and Z-average molar mass of samples.

The Wyatt Dawn EOS and miniDawn detectors can be connected to existing HPLC equipment or can also be used as standalone units.
