Liquid Nitrogen Plant

The LNS-40 Liquid Nitrogen Plant produces 40 L per day, and the LNS-12 produces 12 L per day of liquid nitrogen.

In each liquid nitrogen system (LNS), nitrogen gas is generated directly from the air and then condensed on the cold end of a cryo-refrigerator inside a stainless steel dewar. Both the systems are available in water or air cooled models. To monitor liquid level a reliable level indicator is mounted on the dewar.

When the dewar is full, the LNS switches to standby mode, automatically switching itself back on when the liquid level drops below a preset level. All LNS systems are equipped with vacuum jacketed extraction valves and flexible transfer lines for safe, low loss liquid nitrogen transfer.
