Microplate reagent dispenser

The µFill Microplate Reagent Dispenser offers an economical, compact and reliable alternative to existing microplate dispensers. Accurate and precise dispensing are guaranteed without recalibration, cassette replacement, and maintenance commonly associated with other dispensers. An autoclavable model is also available for those applications requiring a sterile fluid bath.

µFill incorporates a microprocessor controlled syringe pump for optimal performance. Both 96 and 384 well standard microplates and deep well blocks are accommodated with flexible volume ranges from 5 to 3000 µL per well. The user-controlled dispense flow rates allow low to high velocity dispensing for any application. 20 µL are dispensed across a 384 well plate in 12 s.

Two models are available: the AF1000, µFill Microplate Reagent Dispenser and the AF1000A, µFill Microplate Reagent Dispenser with autoclavable fluid delivery path. µFill's autoclavable syringe pump is changed in seconds for guaranteed sterility and no reagent carryover.
