Shaking water bath

Thermoline offers a range of shaking water baths including a 20 and 36 L capacity, with the 36 L also available in a refrigerated model.

Externally, the baths are finished in a light grey powder-coated surface and the interior baths are stainless steel with stainless steel hinged lids. Each model has a stainless steel reciprocating carriage that can hold three different styles of trays. The first style has flask clips that can hold flasks from 50 to 1000 mL in size. The second style is designed to hold test tubes of varying sizes. The universal tray with stainless steel holding springs can be arranged to hold different items.

In addition to the water movement by the reciprocating motion, the water is circulated by a pump to provide maximum agitation when very slow shaking is required. All baths are fitted with a small drain valve.

The temperature is controlled by a digital indicating PID controller with RTD sensor. The speed of the reciprocating motion is easily adjusted and has visual indication by an analog meter.
