Solvent degassers

Sanwa offers two lines of solvent degassers to suit most applications. Both lines, the Degasys Ultimate and Degasys Populaire, are available in flow rates of 1, 3 and 10 mL/min max with a choice of between one and 10 channels.

Both solvent degassers feature a miniature vacuum which provides small internal volumes, down to 800 µL for the Degasys Populaire and 200 µL for the Degasys Ultimate, high degassing characteristics, as low as 0.6 ppm max, independent vacuum chambers to avoid cross contamination and a small footprint and weight.

The Degasys Populaire uses PTFE membranous tubing and features high reliability and high degassing characteristics.

The Degasys Ultimate features an amorphous fluoropolymer which boasts a gas diffusion rate of 200-300 times that of PTFE. The enhanced gas transport rates provide faster degassing response times. In addition, the tubing provides better mechanical properties than PTFE and higher co-efficient of friction for secure end-fitting attachments.
