The F12x8.2 PCR Tube Strip Rotor for the Microfuge 22R microcentrifuge provides high capacity and high power for DNA applications. The rotor minimises condensation from PCR reactions by providing quick spins and can be used for post reaction cleanup.
The F12x8.2 PCR Strip Rotor can accommodate up to 12 strips of eight 200 µL tubes at a maximum of 20,800 x G. The rotor features an aerosol-tight lid and is autoclavable at 121°C. In response to the growing need for higher throughput centrifugation of PCR tubes, Beckman Coulter offers twice the capacity and twice the G-force of other rotors.
