The Finevortex vortex mixer comes with a universal rack system that will accommodate 1.5, 15, 50 and up to 250 mL flasks in standard operation. The rack with elastic tie design also allows for 4 x 1.5 or up to 1 x 15 mL tubes to be fixed to the rack for continuous hands-free mixing.
Also included as standard is a rubber pad that allows for easy conversion to a disc head mixer to accommodate up to 250 conical flasks. This unit is made with a 46 W motor that allows for durable and quiet operation from 0-3000 rpm. Two operating modes allow the mixer to operate continuously, or by applying downward pressure to the head when inserting a tube.
A safety light is also designed into the unit to indicate when the motor is being powered.
