The TSQ Vantage LC-MS/MS system delivers high signal-to-noise performance, providing reliable reproducibility and precision in the quantitative analysis of small molecules, biomolecules and peptides.
The system offers up to 10 times the signal-to-noise ratio when compared to the TSQ Quantum series, due to advancements in ionisation efficiency and ion transmission.
The S-Lens ion optics system in the TSQ Vantage employs electrostatic field technology to capture every ion and transfer them into the HyperQuad quadrupole mass analyser. The S-Lens design eliminates mass discrimination and minimises the gas load on the expensive turbo-molecular pumps, keeping the ion optical path clean while maintaining sensitivity.
To maximise the system’s workflow capabilities, the company is releasing Transcend, a sample extraction system for the analysis of complex matrices on the mass spectrometer. The software is designed to double sample analysis while reducing sample preparation time and increasing detection limits. This online sample extraction system, coupled with the TSQ Vantage, provides an end-to-end workflow solution suitable for analysis of drugs and other organic molecules.
