LI-COR Biosciences Odyssey CLx Infrared Imaging System
The latest version of the Odyssey CLx Infrared Imaging System from LI-COR Biosciences is claimed to be as versatile as the original but simpler, faster and with better data.
The AutoScan function eliminates the guesswork of finding the correct manual intensity and need for re-imaging data. The function results in an image with dynamic range of greater than six logs, with little chance of saturation.
Other features include two-colour detection and quantification, high sensitivity and direct detection for better data.
The system is flexible with many applications, such as Western blot analysis, In-Cell Western assays, Coomassie and DNA gel documentation, in vivo imaging and tissue section analysis.
