LTech Lims1 Emergent LIMS

LTech presents its latest laboratory information management system (LIMS), specifically designed for budget-conscious labs — Lims1 Emergent.

LIMS are crucial in many laboratory operations, providing numerous benefits in laboratory management. However, budgetary and time constraints are often a barrier that prevents labs from utilising an effective LIMS.

Offering a compact infrastructure, intuitive interface, SaaS platform and extensible features, Lims1 Emergent contains all the essentials of a cost-effective LIMS. Features such as sample life-cycle management, data automation, integration, calculation and reporting capability are built in to the core Lims1 Emergent package.

The product is modular in nature and can be easily implemented by a laboratory from day one, allowing the lab to realise improved productivity immediately. The software-as-a-service platform also alleviates the need to manage in-house infrastructure. As the laboratory grows, it can easily add modules and transition to a full Lims1 system when the time is right.

The modules available in the Lims1 Emergent system are: web access capability for external clients; batch assignment, including quality control samples; a data pipe to integrate with computerised laboratory instruments; invoicing and accounts; notifications and scheduling; and equipment calibration.
