Arrow Scientific merges with Key Diagnostics
Food testing company Arrow Scientific has announced that it is merging with Key Diagnostics, effective as of 1 October.
In a letter from Arrow Scientific Managing Director Louis Petrin and Key Diagnostics Managing Director Trevor Warren, Arrow revealed that it has been seeking a partner who appreciates the food testing business and understands the Arrow culture, and can develop its future potential. In Key Diagnostics, Arrow says it has found a company that recognises a business’s success is created through its relationships, quality products and a high level of support and service.
From 1 October, Arrow Scientific will be relocating from its Gladesville headquarters to the offices of Key Diagnostics in Gymea. The Arrow team will continue to offer products and equipment for testing food quality and safety.
Arrow believes the merger will allow the company to create synergies and expand its team to provide even better levels of service and support to its customers.
